My name is Ashley and I am a culinary nutrition expert, gut-health meal planner, yoga teacher and holistic health advocate living in the heart of Canada.

My mission is to help women that are suffering with gut issues ease their pain, gas and bloating so they can live a happy and healthy life. Through a mindful approach to food I offer tangible ways to create gut-supporting eating habits and provide useful meal plans and recipes that make cooking for good gut health extremely simple, fun and easy.

All digestive issues are unique and each individual person is going to have a different way of eating that makes their gut feel good. This is why I was inspired to create this space; because after years of trial and error with different styles of eating for my own digestive issues, I realized that no two people's digestive systems are the same and what foods and practices work for me may not work for someone else.

As someone who had fought for decades with pain, bloating, acid reflux, IBS and anxiety; I can speak from personal experience that eating the right foods for your unique symptoms as well as stress reducing lifestyle practices and cultivating a positive mindset towards food can be extremely life changing, especially to those with a distressed belly.

This is why I take a unique and mindful approach to meal planning and nutrition. To offer simple tips and tools that will help woman feel more empowered when cooking for good gut health and less confused with their food choices.
